  • Any confirmed orders prior to such suspension or cancellation will either be fulfilled or fully refunded.
  • We reserve the right to refuse services to any individual at any time without providing specific reasons.

Warranty & Liability

Damaged Products

We ensure every product goes through strict quality checks before shipping. However, damages occurring in transit are beyond our control.

  • If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it with the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability).
  • To raise a claim, please email us at rayaruhoe@gmail.com with clear pictures of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Missed Delivery

Our logistics partners make up to three delivery attempts. If the order is not collected within this time, it will be returned to us.

  • You may request re-shipment for an additional fee of ₹200.
  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders that are returned, re-shipment will only be arranged after full prepayment of the order value plus re-shipping charges.
