EXCHANGE POLICY 

We want you to love what you wear! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

To request an exchange:

  • Write to us at rayaruhoe@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please mention your Order ID and the reason for exchange.

Once your request is approved, you will have 2 days from the time you receive our approval email to send the item back.

Exchange Terms:

  • The product must be in unused, original condition, with all tags intact and neatly packed in its original packaging.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • Exchange is valid only once per order.

Note: Items that appear to be worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for exchange. we do not have pick up facility so the pick up will have to be arranged from your end with your own expenses.

Return & Refund Policy

We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.
  • You must email us at rayaruhoe@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video (from start to finish, unedited) is mandatory as proof for return requests.

Return Shipping:

  • Please note, we do not offer pickup service.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment at their own cost.
  • Use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us at rayaruhoe@gmail.com once shipped.

Product Condition:

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original, unused condition
  • Be returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact

Returns without original packaging or showing signs of use will not be accepted.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned package, you will be notified within 24–48 hours.
  • After a quality check, a refund coupon code (store credit) will be issued as per our Refund Policy.
  • This coupon code can be used for your next purchase and is valid for a limited period.

Note: We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are provided only in the form of store credit (coupon code).
