A: If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort, especially for cotton and handwoven fabrics.
How do I measure myself correctly?
A: Use a measuring tape to measure bust, waist, and hip at the fullest points. For Kurti length, measure from the shoulder to desired hemline.

A: Yes, we deliver to all pin codes across India.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery time depends on your location.
Q: Are there shipping charges?
A: Yes, standard shipping charges apply. For COD orders, shipping charges must be paid at the time of placing the order.
Exchanges
Q: Can I exchange my order?

A: You must ship the item within 2 days after your exchange request is approved.

A: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact. Exchange is valid only once per order and subject to availability.

A: No, customers must arrange and pay for return shipping.

A: Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
Q: What proof is required for a return?
A: An unedited unboxing video (from start to finish) is mandatory for all return requests.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for arranging return shipment and sharing tracking details with us.
Q: How do refunds work?
A: Refunds are issued as a store credit (coupon code) only—no cash refunds. The coupon will be issued within 24–48 hours after we receive and check the returned item.
Q: How long is the coupon valid?
A: Coupon codes are valid for a limited period and can be used on your next purchase.
Cancellations
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Q: What about prepaid orders?
A: If cancelled before shipping, refunds will be given as store credit (coupon code).
Q: How are refunds issued for cancellations?
A: Refunds are issued as a one-time-use coupon code, valid for 1 year. Once used, the coupon cannot be re-applied.
